Schedule repeat project checks with Orbit routines

Create a routine for a named project, supported provider account and clear task. Review its recorded result after it runs.

Choose a task you can verify

A checklist review is a good first routine: read the project brief and report missing meeting details. Define the files to inspect and the result to produce. If the task should only review, say that it must not change files or publish.

Set up the routine

  1. Create the project and verify that the chosen provider account can complete a small manual task.
  2. Open Settings → Routines. Select the project folder, provider account and available model settings.
  3. Write the task, choose its schedule and save it. Review the selected project path.
  4. Keep the PC awake, online and Orbit running. Check the recorded attempt and the actual output after the scheduled run.

Account access still matters

A schedule does not create provider credit or keep an expired sign-in usable. If a run fails, read its recorded reason before trying again. Optional account switching applies only when enabled and when the account is eligible for that provider and billing mode; do not rely on it to remove provider limits.

Use the recorded example

The lesson schedules a real checklist review in the tutorial project. Follow its prerequisites and inspect the resulting work. A routine is local scheduled work on your host, not an always-on cloud worker.
