Choose between provider subscription and API accounts
Understand which bill belongs to Orbit, which belongs to your AI provider, and why the sign-in mode matters.
There are two separate services
Orbit provides the workspace, account organisation and linked-computer access. Your selected AI provider supplies its models and tools. Buying Orbit does not buy a Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or other provider subscription, and does not include API credits.
Compare the account modes

A tool can support one mode, both modes or additional restrictions. Use the provider’s current setup instructions. Do not assume that a consumer subscription includes API use.
Pick the mode deliberately
- Check the provider tool you intend to use and its supported account modes.
- In Orbit, choose that mode when adding the account. Complete its matching setup.
- Name the saved profile clearly so you can distinguish subscription work from API work.
- Confirm the selected account before a long or scheduled task. Check usage and billing in the provider’s own account.
Orbit pricing
Orbit is ₹3,000 monthly or ₹30,000 charged once yearly, including tax. The yearly amount is equivalent to ₹2,500 a month, but is paid annually. Provider costs remain separate. Payment-method eligibility is decided by the payment service.
